Target Description CD112R is a single transmembrane domain protein that is a cell surface receptor for CD112 (Nectin-2). CD112R is preferentially expressed on T cells. Binding to CD112 results in the inhibition of T cell proliferation, thus functioning as a checkpoint receptor by suppressing TCR-mediated signaling.
